BIRIYANI POWDER: Take 600 gms nett Chicken in a cooker, put 50 gms Chakrika Biriyani Powder. Take 600 gms basmati rice, add 2 tsp salt and boil it. After draing the water put the same to boiled chicken and add 100 gms ghee. Put the lid and boil for another 5 minites. Now the Biriyani is ready. Put Coriander leaves and serve hot. You can also make veg pulav or veg biriyani.
