Vijaya Chicken Masala 100gm

INGREDIENTS (in powder form): Chillies, Corriander, Methi, Mustard, Jeera, Turmeric, Patta, Cloves, Cardamoms, Pulses, ETC.

Recipe: Clean and cut 3/4th kg. chicken into pieces and marinate it with turmeric and curds. Grind one coconut, 2 tbsp. of Vijaya chilly powder, 1tbsp. of Vijaya coriander powder, Tamarind juice, 2onions, 5-6 gralic flakes. Heat oil/ghee ina vessel and add the ground masala and 3tbsp . of Vijaya chicken masala and saute. Add marinated chicken and saut? add salt for taste. Chicken masala Ready.
