Return/Refund Policy

At Chitki, Our endeavor is to bring you Premium quality products at all times, for any reason you wish to return we would be pleased to do so within 24 hours from the date of purchase against submission of order statement.

 Any return of branded products in open or used state will be returned only after the approval of the manufacturer/ Marketing Company. In such cases customer support contact of the manufacture will be provided and issue has to be rectified with the manufacturer/Marketing Company. Returnable products should be in unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. piece to piece will be replaced within 48hours subjected to availability.

 All refund will be via bank transfer. GST invoice will be mailed to registered email id after 48 hours of delivery. No replacement or return will be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.

    While our endeavor is to be flexible, in case of any dispute, the same shall be subjected to Mangalore jurisdiction only.
